Background

Hotel Policy

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-In from 3:00 pm
  • Check-Out by 12:00 pm (noon)
  • Early check-in is sometimes possible to check in early however this is subject to availability.
  • Late check out until 6:00 pm is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check out after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.
  • The credit card used for reservation must be in the name of the guest staying and presented at check-in. Please note, virtual credit cards are not accepted.
  • Incidental Deposit: All reservations will require an incidental deposit of THB 2,000/room upon check-in. Incidental deposit will be refunded to guest upon check-out. Can be credit card verification or cash.

In Room

  • According to the current fire safety laws, it's strictly forbidden the use of burner stoves, free flames, candles and flatirons.
  • All rooms are equipped with a safe at Guests' disposal. Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay.
  • No pet and cooking allowed.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas. Cigarettes are only allowed in designated smoking areas. The use of marijuana or cannabis is permitted only in a specially designated area. Any violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee or further penalties as applicable.

Internet

A complimentary Wi-Fi internet connection is available for the guests, in all rooms and common areas. To activate the connection, it's necessary to enter the access code that is provided to all guests at the time of check-in.

Parking

The hotel has complimentary on-site parking.

Pets

The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.

Damage to Hotel property

The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:

  • Animals of any kind, except guide dogs
  • Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
  • Objects emitting a foul odour
  • Unregistered firearms or other weapons
  • Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
  • Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
  • Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Thailand

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

Visitors

In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 11:00 pm

Excessive Noise and Parties

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

Inappropriate Behavior

Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

Wildlife

Among the profusion of plant and animal life that populates the lush jungles that wreath Koh Chang's mountainous interior is the Great Hornbill. They are listed as 'Near Threatened' by IUCN Red List.

Some of these birds inhabit nearby our resort and sometime feeding in our resort area. Those with luck may be fortunate enough to obtain a glimpse of this beautiful and elusive bird species.

Do not feed and touch the monkeys. They are wild animals which makes them unpredictable and may cause injuries or harms.

Lost & Found

If you leave an item in your room and our team is able to locate it, we can return it to you. Shipping starts from THB 150, and the final cost depends on the item's size and weight. For valuable items, we will contact you first to confirm your preferred return method. Food Delivery

If you order food or beverages through a delivery app, they can be dropped off only at the hotel lobby. Guests must collect their orders in person. For safety reasons, deliveries to guest rooms are not permitted.

Outside Foods

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the hotel's restaurants. If you bring alcoholic beverages to consume in the restaurant, a corkage fee of THB 500 per bottle applies.

Guests may enjoy outside food in their rooms, except:

  • Strong-smelling items (e.g., durian)
  • Any cooking or reheating using in-room equipment

The hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty if these rules are not followed.
