- ขับตรงจนถึง สามแยกแกลง เลี้ยวซ้าย ไปตามทางหมายเลข 3 (เส้นสุขุมวิท)
- ขับตามทางหมายเลข 3 จนถึงแยกไฟแดง พลับพลา ให้เลี้ยวขวา
- สังเกต สะพานข้ามแม่น้ำเวฬุ เข้าเขต ต.แสนตุ้ง ขับต่ออีก 2 ไฟแดง สังเกตสามแยกไฟแดง เห็นป้าย เฟอร์รี่เกาะช้าง ให้เลี้ยวขวา
- ผ่านสนามบิน, วัดบางกระดาน, หมู่บ้านบางปิด
- เลี้ยวขวาไปตามถนนหมายเลข 4006 จะพบทางเข้ามีป้ายท่าเรือเฟอร์รี่อ่าวธรรมชาติ
- เฟอร์รี่เกาะช้างอ่าวธรรมชาติ บริการ ไป-กลับ เวลา 06.30 – 19.00 น. เรือออกทุกชั่วโมง ใช้เวลาข้ามประมาณ 25 นาที
